He was predeceased by: his father Alvin James "Junior" Hazelrig. He is survived by: his mother Geareldeen "Jake" Hazelrig; his son Jordan Hazelrig; and his sisters, Donette Lee (Roger) and Kay Bennett (Terry). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; and lots of friends.
