He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Davis and Rochelle Davis; his sons, Chris Davis and Ewell Paul Davis; and his siblings, Mike Davis, Don Davis, Wayne Davis, Waylon Davis, Jackie Davis, Jere Davis, Ellen Stewart and Mary Thornton.
He is survived by: his children, Phyllis Bice of Cleveland, AL, Jane Hooten of Birmingham, AL, Betty Ann Fox of Crossett, AR, Susan Jefferys of Houston, AL, Jimmy Davis of Roswell, GA, Timothy Nathan Davis of Jemison, AL and David Lamar Davis of Gardendale, AL; and his siblings, Peggy Clinansmith of Enterprise, AL and John Davis of Dothan, AL. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
