He was predeceased by: his parents, John Burl Hill and Ann Bellinger McConnell. He is survived by: his son Joseph Hill; his sister Angie Sogol (Joel); his nephews, Sam and Brian Sogol; his niece Anna Sogol; and his stepfather Mike McConnell (Stacey Lochamy Hill).
