She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Roy and Reid Briscoe Goodwin (Rueben Clayton Clemons); her brother W. P.; her sister-in-law Mattie Goodwin; her sisters, Bernice Johnson and Mary Lee Peters; and her brother-in-law Dewayne Morris.

She is survived by: her children, Anthony Clayton Clemons (Marian) and Tina Clemons Richardson; her sister Linda Gail Morris; and her granddaughter Kaci Lynne Richardson (James). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
