She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Williamson and Dorothy Williamson; and her sister Sharon Williamson Thrash. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Wayne Dowdy (Michelle) and Karen Dowdy Brown (Delane); her brothers, Johnny Williamson, Joe Williamson (Shirley) and Kenny Williamson (Melissa); her grandchildren, Shelby Carpenter (Adam), Madison Dowdy, Seth Dowdy, Amelia Dowdy, Peyton Richards and Carson Richards; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt and Kinsley Carpenter.
She loved volunteering with St. Jude's and the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Disease.
