He is survived by: his wife Cindy Michelle Jeffery Hollington; his children, Aaron Hollington of Crestview, Michael Baze (Jaime) of Crawfordsville, Leslie Baze (Shannon) of Mobile, Alabama, Madison Lee Ream (Kyle) of Freeport, Savanah Adean Hollington (Tyler) of Crawfordsville and Maggie Tillis (Stetson) of Newville; his siblings, Sidney Hollington of Freeport, Florida, Terry Cooper of Freeport and Stacy Zuber (Danny) of Tallahassee, Florida; his grandchildren, Brantlee Thomas, Emory Thomas, Landon Ream, Jace Ream, Kason Ream, Aleah Ream, Saige Ream, Dallas Ream, Brayden Hollington, Callan Hollington, Eliana Hollington, Corbin Baze, Carson Baze, Payton Baze, Baylee Baze, Dayton Baze, Mason Baze, Gaines Tillis and Greyson Tillis; his parents-in-law, Tommy and Jean Self; his brother Brad; and his sister-in-law Rene Snell. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
