He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Baxley and Sarah Mac Parmer Baxley. He is survived by: his daughters, Darlene Baxley Paramore of Texasville, Bridgette Baxley Brown of Texasville and Barbara Baxley Hudson of Texasville; and his siblings, Alice Kidd (Stan), Beaumont, Diane Tharpe (Jerry), Deborah Tew (Kenneth), Dural Baxley and Ronny Baxley (Liz). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
