He is survived by: his mother Audrey Bernyce Ballou Gothard; his wife Bobbie Jo Shellhouse Gothard; his daughter Jennie Gothard Domino of Eufaula, Alabama; his siblings, Brian Gothard (Tracy) of Dothan, Kevin Gothard of Clayton, Alabama, Janet Gardner (James) of Clayton, Brenda Hummel (Frank) of Woodinville and Karen Hamilton of Montgomery, Alabama; and his grandchildren, Aiden Domino of Eufaula, Alabama and Hailey Domino of Eufaula, Alabama. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Glover Funeral Home Chapel (72 S Midway St, Clayton, AL 36016). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Rocky Mount Methodist Church (962 County Rd 79 S, Clayton, AL 36027).
