With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lacretia Beaty Boyd of Clayton, Alabama, who passed away on July 20, 2020 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Dewey Beaty and Rubye Lucille Baxley Beaty; her husband Thomas Emory Boyd; her brother Wade Beaty (Lucille Palmer Beaty); and her niece Monica Lucas.
She is survived by: her sisters, Stawanctia Clark, Gwen Sowell and Gennella Barrs; and her great-nephews, Steven Sowell, Tyler Hearin, Preston Hearin, Kyle Wingard, Keith Wingard, Kirk Wingard, Hunter Brock and Clay Brock.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the Pleasant View Presbyterian Church, 429 Bud Gary Highway, Clayton, AL 36016.
