He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Herman Guthrie and Margaret K. Guthrie; and his brother Kenneth Ray Guthrie. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Warr Guthrie; his daughter Elizabeth Guthrie Smith (Reed) of Marietta, GA; his brother Joe Guthrie (Becky); his siblings-in-law, Mary Ann Guthrie, Elaine Killingsworth (Thomas) and Joe Warr (Saint); and his grandchildren, Sara Elizabeth Smith of Mountain Brook, AL and Allen Keith Smith of Marietta, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Keith suffered from type one diabetes since the age of 15, so the family asks in lieu of flowers that donations be made in his honor to: Diabetes Research Institute Foundation 200 S Park Road Suite 100 Hollywood, FL 33021 Glover Funeral Home of Clayton was entrusted with the arrangements.
