He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlin Truett Shirah and Evelene Baxley Shirah. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Sipes Shirah; his daughters, Tiffany Stevenson of New Mexico, Leigh Rosnick (Eric) of Crestview, FL and Selena Moorer (Robert) of Union Springs, AL; his stepdaughters, Ashley Christensen (Austin) of Enterprise, AL, Amanda Hankins (Cody) of Sheridan, AR and Tonya Morrow of Geneva, AL; and his siblings, Marlin Shirah (Junior) of Blue Springs, AL, Bobby Shirah of Millbrook, AL, Rupert Shirah of Blue Springs, AL and Celia Adams (David) of Clayton, AL. He is also survived by six grandchildren, eight step grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held Monday, November 30, 2020 at Glover Funeral Home in Clayton, Alabama from 4:00 p. m. to 6:00 p. m. All social distance and mask guidelines will be followed.
