He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Walker, Dana Weaver Haveard, Randall Weaver and Andrea Arrington; and his brothers, Douglas Weaver, Donald Weaver, Dixon Weaver and Patrick Weaver. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
