He was predeceased by: his father Richard M. Waters; and his siblings, John Richard Waters and Elaine Keith (Duggie). He is survived by: his mother Bobbie J. Spriggs; his sister Dede Maye (Ernie); and his nieces, Cassandra McGraw (Jason), Jackson, Jillian, Jamie Altgilbers (Aaron), Adelei, Jameson, David, Bino and Little Bit.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Dale County Humane Society or Providence Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
