He was predeceased by: his parents, Adron Dee and Evelyn McVey Hanners; his wife Kay Harris Hanners; and his son John Hanners. He is survived by: his children, Mike Hanners (Tasha) of Lineville and Sherry Flowers (Heath) of Grady; his siblings, Dianne Stewart, Peggy Logan and Steve Hanners of Lineville; his grandchildren, Briana Allen, Austin "Bubba" Flowers, Matthew Hanners, Ethan Hanners, Braxton Hanners and Alyssa Hanners; and his daughter-in-law Stacey Hanners Fuller of Cragford. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
