She was predeceased by: her parents, William Albert Latham and Mary Magdalene "Maggie" Martin; her husband Bonnie Ray Whaley; her daughter Debbie Whaley Scott; and her siblings, Mary Latham Maze, Vernon Latham, Reginald Latham and Jimmy Wayne Latham.
She is survived by: her son Rick Whaley (Valeasa) of Barfield; her grandchildren, Andrew Pollard of Alabaster and Julia Cunnings of Warrior; and her great grandchildren, Aaliyah Whitley of Lineville, Jamie, Staggs of Warrior and Renee Bruce. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and church friends.
