He is survived by: his wife Regina Mayo of Ashland; his daughter Misti Pubillones of Philadelphia, PA; and his siblings, Debra Jordan (Pete) of Lineville, Jimmy Mayo of Delta, Paul Mayo of Ashland and Juanita Gortney (Charles) of Ashland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family and many caring friends.
