She was predeceased by: her parents, Alver Hester and Roxie Lee Fulton Hester; her husband John Emory Forbus; her daughter Mary Leigh Daugherty; and her brothers, Leroy and Virgil Hester.
She is survived by: her children, Genette Harris (Gene) of Port Charlotte, Fla, Helen Jean McGinnis (Bill) of Delta, Hilda Faye Carwile (Sherman) of Lineville and Johnny J. Forbus (Jennifer) of Lineville. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
