She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Franklin Hilyer and Ola Bearden Hilyer; her husband Richard "Dick" Kytan; and her siblings, Leah Hilyer, Grover, Glaston, Neal and Grady Hilyer.

She is survived by: her children, LuAnne Grogan of Oxford and Mark Kytan (Brenda) of Mellow Valley; her grandchildren, Richie Grogan, Nathan Kytan (Erica), Jessica Kytan and Lindsay Kytan; and her great grandchild McKinley Kytan. She is also survived by extended family, friends.
