He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanora Burger and Elmer Burger; and his stepmother Mary Sam Burger. He is survived by: his wife Carla Cleveland Burger; his stepchildren, Matthew Cleveland (Chrissy), Adam Cleveland (Amy) and Carcina Summerford (Jason); his son Mikey Dennis; his brother Thomas Burger (Karen); his grandchildren, Parker Cleveland, Lily Cleveland, Jack Ragan, Jaydan Summerford, Wyatt Summerford, Caytlyn Summerford, Alyssa Cleveland and Drake Cleveland; and his nieces, Stacy Burger (Kenneth Mitchell) and Michelle Burger DeVilla (Michael).
