He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron Heath and Mary Lee Brown Heath; his brothers, Sherwood "Bug" Heath, Bryon "Doodle" Heath, James C. "Roadmap" Heath and Horace Lee Heath; and his nephew Jeffery "Waldo" Heath.
He is survived by: his wife Anita W. Heath of Mellow Valley; his daughters, Amber Griffin (David) of Lineville, Kara Heath (Fiancee Brandon Perry) of Ashland and Timberly Heath of Cragford; his sisters, Barbara Jackson (Mark) and Sue Smith (Doyle); his sister-in-law Donna Heath of Mellow Valley; and his brothers, Jimmy Heath (Mary) of Mellow Valley and Brinton Heath.
