She was predeceased by: her husband Pierce R. Mattox; her parents, Thomas Byrd Gravette and Arelious McCain Gravette; and her sisters, Shelby Jean Hindmon, Larue Allen, Rebecca Gravette and Betty Lou Gravette.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Mattox of Ashland, Tim Mattox (Sharon) of Bethlehem, PA and Donald "Donnie" Mattox (Jackie) of Morrisville, PA; and her sister Barbara Hallman of Ashland. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Mrs. Jimmie requested no flowers; instead donations to be made at First State Bank of Alabama under the account for Kobie Traylor.
