She was predeceased by: her parents, D. C. Lee and Lois Lee; and her brother Curtis Lee. She is survived by: her husband Dusty Underwood; her children, Christie L. Harper (Tony) and Todd Underwood (Jacqueline); and her grandchildren, Cade, Maci and Hayden. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Flowers should be sent to Jefferson Memorial Gardens or donations in her honor to First Baptist Church of Trussville.
