He was predeceased by: his parents, Miles Pierce Dison and Letha Elvenia Phillips Dison; and his siblings, Mary Usher, Martha Robinson, Margaret Harrison, Berneese McRae, Kathleen Adair, Bessie Thompson, Helen Dison and John Dison.
He is survived by: his spouse Charles Ann Dison of Clay County; his children, Leigh Ann Stinebaugh (Alan) of Prattville, Linda Kay Welch (Jimmy) of Smiths Station and Mark Dison (Jannie) of Clay County; his brother Carl Dison (Joyce) of Clay County; and his grandchildren, Sarah Stinebaugh, Ashtyn Stinebaugh and Cameron Welch. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
