He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Dick and Bonnie Dick. He is survived by: his wife Susan Dick of Ashland; his son Herbert "Jay" Dick (Laura Beth) of Birmingham; his siblings, Marvena Hammond of Auburn, Agnes Grice (Edwin "Pete") of Columbiana and Paul T. Dick (Amelia) of Ashland; and his granddaughters, Ella Kate and Sadie Grace Dick. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
