He was predeceased by: his significant other Tina Waldrup; his parents, Clyde White and Margaret White; his brother Roy White; and his grandparents, Fannie Culligan, Ezra White, Hart and Lois Phillips.
He is survived by: his sister Susan Forman (Jimmy Sellers) of Daviston; his nephew Steven Baker of Lineville; and his nieces, Shannon Baker Taylor (Maranda Sellers) of Talladega and Taxi. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing is encouraged along with wearing a mask to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the funeral expense.
