She was predeceased by: her father Silas Burford Headrick; her sister Alice Hedrick; and her grandparents, William, Dora Nolan, Idas and Clara Headrick.
She is survived by: her husband David Willingham of Lineville; her sons, Jeremiah Willingham (Ollie) of Oxford and Josh Willingham (Stephanie) of Lineville; her grandchildren, Hannah, Jaylie, Hayden Rayne and Hollyn Willingham; her mother Geraldine Headrick; and her siblings, Francis Holcombe (Dale), Ray Headrick (Kathy) of Lineville, Bill Headrick (Sheila) of Lineville and Ralph Headrick (Melanie) of Lineville. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
