She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Macoy of Ashland, Patty Munroe of Ashland, Sharon Goldman of Ashland and Jackie Powers (Curt) of Elkmont; her grandchildren, Brian Macoy (Carrie Ventre), Kelli Franko Andrew Goldman (Jessica), Jessie Bonner (Jackson), Melissa Green and Seth Green; and her friend Frances Farmer. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
