He is survived by: his wife Linda McKinnon; and his children, Karen Parker (Chris), Joan Teel (Ashley) and William "Bill" Gerald McKinnon, Jr. (Amanda). He is also survived by Six Grandchildren; Five Step-Grandchildren; Seven Great-Grandchildren; Five Step-Great Grandchildren.
