He was predeceased by: his mother Jettielene Sims; his brother Larry Sims; and his son-in-law Jason Brown. He is survived by: his father Clyde Sims; his wife Cindy Sims; his daughter Tracy Brown; and his granddaughters, Emma Brown and Katie Brown.
