He was predeceased by: his mother Edna Lorene Jones Castleberry; his son David Castleberry; his father Ernest Castleberry; and his siblings, Perry Castleberry, Leroy Castleberry, J. D. Castleberry, Madie Giacalon, Betty Castleberry and Ellen Castleberry.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Ramsey of Clanton; his grandsons, Patrick Ramsey of Clanton and Jacob Castleberry of Pell City; and his siblings, Edgar Castleberry of Clanton, Earl Castleberry of Pensacola, FL, Jerry Castleberry of Clanton, Malcomb Castleberry of Clanton, Peggy Prokop of Valdosta, GA and Nancy Wright of Clanton.
