He is survived by: his wife Shelley Crouch of Clanton; his sons, Matt Crouch (Anna) of Clarence, NY and Chris Crouch (Kaitlyn) of New Middleton, OH; his stepsons, Robert Larsh (Danielle) of Deltona, FL, Bradlee Larsh of Deltona, FL, Jeremy Wisniewski (Andrea) of Tonawanda, NY and Josh Wisniewski (Eileen) of Poughkipsy, NY; and his siblings, Roger Crouch (Dawn) of Tonawanda, NY and Valarie Wudyka (Steve) of Port Orange, FL. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 10 nieces and nephews.
