She is survived by: her stepson Jeffrey Potts (Teresa); her granddaughter Lindsey Maddox (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Alysa Maddox and Anna Maddox; her sister Jan Divin (Kenny); her nephew John Womack (Tessa); and her niece Jessica Corey (Chris). She is also survived by extended family, friends.
