With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Samuel Leander Coker Jr. of Clanton, Alabama, who passed away on January 25, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Leander Coker, Sr. and Pearlie Mims Coker; his sister Louise Mcmon; and his son Scott Logan. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Coker of Verbena; his daughters, Michelle Holley (Joe) of Verbena, Angie Crawford (Benji) of Verbena and Susan Coker of Opelika; his grandchildren, Joseph Holley (Tabitha) of Verbena, Terry Holley (Destiny) of Verbena, Brittany Rawlinson (Bradley) of Verbena, Dustin Rawlinson (Amanda) of Clanton and Kaylan Parker (Nick) of Verbena; his niece Linda Bigham; and his nephew James Mcmon (Sandra). He is also survived by 13 Great Grandchildren; and a host of great nieces and nephews.
