He was predeceased by: his parents, Erskine Eugene Mullins and Virginia Elizabeth Sharp. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ann Mullins; his children, Richard Scott Mullins (Rebecca) and Rebecca Mullins Crow (Wayne); his grandchildren, Richard William Mullins, Joshua Burgess Mullins, Laurel Kate Mullins, Addison Jane Crow and Tyler Wayne Crow; his sister Jo Mullins Mikell (Mike); and his daughter-in-law Stephanie Mullins. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
