He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin McCary and Lucille Carroll McCary; his sons, Mark McCary and Keith McCary; and his siblings, Faye Howell and Jerry McCary.
He is survived by: his brother Ralph McCary (Jan) of Hueytown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Ellison Memorial Funeral Home (1709 Lay Dam Rd, Clanton, AL 35045). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
