He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Smitherman Liveoak; his wife Rita Liveoak; his siblings, Randall Liveoak (Baby) and Rhonda Lynn Liveoak (Baby); and his daughter Lori Beth Liveoak.

He is survived by: his father Winston Liveoak; his sister Teresa Sparks (Bobby); his daughter Jessica Bell (William); and his grandchildren, Mason Liveoak, Liam Bell and Brailee Bell. He is also survived by Eight other Grandchildren and Eight Great-Grandchildren.
