She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Varner and Sadie Varner; her husband James Staggs; her children, Margaret Staggs and Jabo Staggs; her siblings, Floyd Varner, Erby Varner and Maxine Rollins; and her grandsons, Tony Wyatt and Dewayne Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Martis Wyatt (Billie), Marvin Wyatt (Suelene), Earl Wyatt (Sonja), Eugene Wyatt (Judy), Lamar Wyatt (Tracy), Wayne Wyatt (Janice), Buddy Staggs, Pete Staggs (Cathy), Lynn Mims, Jane Clecker (Charles) and Sue Johnson (Jimmy); and her sisters, Betty Peacock and Gwen Turner. She is also survived by 20 Grandchildren; Multiple Great Grandchildren; and Multiple Great, Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Martin Funeral Home (1300 4th Ave N, Clanton, AL 35045). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Martin Funeral Home Chapel - Clanton (1300 4th Ave N, Clanton, AL 35045).
