She is survived by: her husband Randy "Honey" Nichols; her children, Rachel McCord (Alan) and Heath Nivens (Tasha); her grandsons, Cody McCord (Caty), Colin McCord and Lucas Nivens; her stepgranddaughters, Andrea Carroll (Brian) and Reagan Smith; her great grandchild Aerra Clair McCord; and her brothers, Dale Collins (Debra) and Brent Collins (Nancy).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Breast Cancer Research.
