She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Lee Hargrove and Lucille McBride Hargrove; her husband John David Byler, Sr.; her children-in-law, Rodger Champion and Cameo Byler; her sisters, Charlie Mae Byars (Peewee) and Diane Nichols; and her brother-in-law Larry Byars.

She is survived by: her children, Karen Denise Champion, Judy Darlene Grasham (Todd), Catherine Elaine Newton (Chris), Connie Lucille Connell (Nathan) and John David Byler, Jr.; her stepdaughters, Gloria Faye Laughlin (Dan) and Martha Robinson (James); her sisters, Betty Jo Nichols, Sue Molloy (Charles), Elaine Glenn (Butch) and Margie King (Joe); and her brother-in-law Johnny Nichols. She is also survived by 19 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren.
