She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugo Arthur Babcock and Mary Ellen Jones Babcock; and her husband Jack Mahan Millard. She is survived by: her children, Jackie Millard Penley (Steve Penley) of Clanton, Cate Millard Andrews of Pelham, Todd Millard (Veta Millard) of Ruskin, FL, Andy Millard (Christy Millard) of Jemison and Chris Millard (Sandra Millard) of Jemison; and her brother Robert Alan Babcock of Knoxville, TN.. She is also survived by 18 Grandchildren; 25 Great Grandchildren.
