He is survived by: his children, Merita Rowell Turner (Tyler) and Kavin O'Brien Rowell (Susan); his grandchildren, Logan Kelly, Morgan Rowell Quillen and Hallie Rowell; his great grandchild Isla; his siblings, Ruth Ella Miller, George Rowell, Carl Rowell and Malcolm Rowell; and his nieces and nephews, Ronnie Rowell, Joey Rowell, Dale Rowell, Tim Miller, Carl Rowell, Jr., Jay Rowell, Tommy Rowell, David Rowell, William Miller, Keith Rowell, Mary Ellen Mears, Renee Wood, Angela Blankinchip, Tammy Rowell and Esther Morrison. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
