He is survived by: his wife Lucy Weaver; his daughters, Deborah Byrd (Tex Jr.) and Bridgett Weaver (Josh); his grandchildren, Travis Weaver (Destiny), Anna Weaver, Brittney Martin (Pedro), Nicholas Martin, Toni Byrd, Noah Weaver (Abby), Tex Byrd III, Leslie Calhoun (Tyler), William Calhoun and Layla Byrd; his great grandchildren, Jaiston, Jailiana, April, Little Sterling, Novaleigh, Levi, Maverick, Joseph and Eden Jo; his siblings, Birtlee Taylor (Gene), Barbara Byrd (Spencer), Sally Smith (Walter), Florence Campbell (Clint), Katherine Weaver, Chris Weaver (Lettie) and Fred Weaver; and his close friends, Van Rivers and Crystal Peavy.
