She was predeceased by: her daughter-in-law Linda Baxter; and her siblings, Leo Carpenter, Marie Williams, Mildred Ezell, Bernice Brewer and W. C. Carpenter.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Allen Baxter; her sons, Allen Wayne Baxter (Beverly), Clay Mitchell Baxter (Lisa), Randall Lamar Baxter, Richard Eric Baxter (Jackie) and Joe Allen Baxter Jr. (Kelly); her grandchildren, Jamie, Rachael, Tabitha, Courtney, Sydney, Chris, Matt, Liz Eric, Allen and Eli; and her sister Inez Dees. She is also survived by relatives and life long friends.
