He was predeceased by: his parents, Winston Oliver Parmer and Mattie Lois Parmer; and his sister-in-law Mollie Ann Parmer. He is survived by: his siblings, Edith Brand (Jerry), Harold Parmer, Elizabeth Kauffman (John) and Robert Parmer (Sandy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
