He was predeceased by: his father Alfred Green. He is survived by: his children, Kerri Lynn Green, Marissa Ann Green, Morgan Page Green and Philip, Jr.; his granddaughters, Hensley and Olivia; his mother Glenda Sue Green; his brothers, Christopher L. Green (Connie) and Douglas Alfred Green; and his friend Missy Byrd.
