He is survived by: his wife Regina Gulsby; his mother Carolyn Cunningham; his siblings, William Paul Gulsby and Angie Teasley; his brother-in-law Mitch Smith (Caroline); his nieces and nephews, Ashley Reed, Kaitlyn Smith and Dustin Smith; and his aunt Marilyn Odom. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
