He is survived by: his wife Renee Johnston; his children, Cheyenne Roberts (Jonathon), Michelle Motes (Jacob) of Charles and Ron Michael Johnston; his grandchildren, Jacob Jr., LaRissa, Tia and Owen; and his siblings, Kenny Maddox, Ralph Maddox, Charles Maddox and Judy Sullivan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; other relatives; and many friends.
