She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Weninegar and Juanita Weninegar; her husband Jimmy Dale Carter; her children, Jeff Carter (Kathryn) and Jony Parker (Will); her grandchildren, Jackson Carter, Shelby Parker, Claire Parker, Zachary Carter and Reese Parker; her sisters, Jane Alford and Jeanie Andrews (Bruce); and her parents-in-law, Janet Weninegar, Bill Carter (Carolyn) and Joe Carter (Jeanette). She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
