She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Sullivan and Charlotte Sullivan. She is survived by: her husband Tommy Patrick; her children, Jamie Patrick (Leslie) and Janae Smith (Thurston); her grandchildren, Blake, Rylie, Daniel, Joshua, Cale, Elijah and Lilly; and her siblings, Cathy Sullivan (James Ray) and Bobby Sullivan (Theresa). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
