He is survived by: his wife Karen Millikan; his children, Chris Millikan (Courtney), JT Franklin of Atmore, AL, Jeffery Vickery of Pensacola, FL, Michelle Kimmons (Mike) of Molino, FL, Jenifer Stratton (Mike) of Pensacola and Tara Franklin of Bay Minette, AL; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Brooklyn Robertson, Makayla Plummer, Allie, Harley Millikan, Lindsey, Samantha Kimmons, Brycen, Brooklyn Stratton, Marshall Wall, Peyton, Kendra and Cameron Franklin; his siblings, Wayne (Dee) of Tucson, AZ, Nancy Heathcock (Jack) of Fruitdale, AL and Irma Corbell (Mike) of Seabrook, TX; and his sisters-in-law, Gail Stamps and Teresa Albritton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
